Vienna Beef Makes Cubs-Themed Hot Dogs

One of my favsie “Curb Your Enthusiasm” episodes is the one where Larry David gets a sandwich named after him at that restaurant, but doesn’t like the ingredients, and then goes to Ted Danson to try and switch sandwiches with him. You have two fishes in the sandwich?
I’m wondering if some of the Cubs players that have hot dogs named after them in honor of the playoffs might want a mulligan, too:
Celebrating Ryan Dempster’s team leading 17 wins, the hot dog line up leads off with the Dempster Dog, a tasty creation developed with a nod toward the hot-shot pitcher’s Canadian roots. The Dempster Dog features a classical-beef Vienna Beef hot dog wrapped in four grilled slices of Canadian bacon, cradled in a steamed poppy seed bun and topped with yellow mustard and picklerelish.
Other specialty dogs include the Marquis Dog (honoring New Yorker Jason Marquis), which sports a Staten Island flair, and the Wood-ie Dog (honoringKerry Wood), which is testament to Wood’s ability to work a quick inning ortwo and “wrap up the game.” The Marmol Dog, (honoring Carlos Marmol) whichplays off Marmol’s terrific slider, and the Lilly Dog, which celebrates Ted Lilly’s great curve ball, round out the rotation.
Hot damn: four grilled slices of Canadian bacon wrapped around a hot dog? That might be large enough to make someone, um, choke.
Hi-yo! I’m here all day people.
