Blackhawks Reveal Ticket Prices, Seating Chart For Winter Classic

By Ryan Corazza

At long last, the Blackhawks have announced ticket prices and released the seating chart for their Winter Classic matchup against the Red Wings on New’s Years Day. (IIIIII will be with yooouuu again.) As expected, they are a bit pricey, as the three different ticket tiers are set at $325, $275 and $75. (As you can see from the chart there, the most expensive tickets are actually in the upper deck area of Wrigley, because hey, it’s hockey. Better sightlines from above, ya dig?)

As Chicity Hockey notes, only the about 14,000 full season ticket holders will be able to participate in a pre-sale next month, not partial season ticket holders. (Sorry, Eamonn!)

And if you can’t get a hold of a ticket via the early sale or when they’re released to the public or through the Cubs or Wings? There’s always the gaudy online vendors.

If you’re interested in seeing the e-mail sent to season ticket holders, the always excellent Puck Daddy over at Yahoo! has it here.
