Larry Hughes’ Fashionable Healing Garment
Last night, at the Free Darko book launch party (which Ryan and I were late for; it sadly cleared out not to long after we got there), I was sipping my beer when Trey from the Blowtorch said something about Larry Hughes’ sweater. “Is he playing? It looks like he’s wearing a sweater!” I didn’t get a good glimpse of it, and before I knew it, we sat down in a booth without a view of the garment.
But Trey was right. Larry Hughes was basically wearing a sweater:
Impressive balls, Larry. The arm sleeve is one thing. The full-on supportive shirt — minus a left arm — is entirely another. I’m going to follow suit: Next time I play basketball, I’m totally wearing this. Fashion and function. Isn’t that what it’s all about?
