Video: Skip Bayless And Lil Wayne, Together At Last
Lil Wayne has been blogging for a bit now at ESPN the Mag, and all things told, Weezy knows his stuff and is rather passionate about sports and the WWL. (Dude even has an ESPN tattoo.) Between his ungodly amount of mix tapes and late nights in the studio, I’m not sure how he has time to fit it all in. But good for him.
So where did ESPN decide to ship him next? (Or maybe he told them he wanted to do? ) The set of “First Take,” that show where Skip Bayless yells at someone across the table a lot and Dana Jacobson sits there slack-jawed. They do some other stuff on there too, but the “First and Ten” segment seems to be their bread and butter.
Anyways, here’s Bayless praising the hell out of Wayne’s latest album at the beginning of this clip:
And then him doing it again here, at the beginning of this one:
And this is apparently no joke: Bayless is down with the rap game and is friends with a rapper or two. Who knew? I did not. And now my mind has just been blown.
