This picture popped up on Valleywag today, and it comes from a man named CJ Dugan’s Facebook account. And they say nothing good comes from having an open profile. Pssh. He told Valleyag he was cleaning out his iPhoto library and found it. It’s from Sept. 30, 2008, when the Cubs were on top of the world. (And Blago was only despised by like, a quarter of the state.)
