Video: With Topps 3D Live, Baseball Cards Relevant Again
It is no secret that the trading card industry as a whole has seen a decline in recent years. There’s these things we have now called the “Internet” and “the Nintendo Wii,” and they are far more stimulating to our nation’s youth than a piece of cardboard.
But today, Topps is rolling out the 3D Live card, which will allow little boys in their bedrooms to hold the card up to a Webcam, have a player pop out in 3D and do some pitching and hitting with said player.

I must admit, this is pretty darn cool. Amazing, actually. I think I just found out what I’ll be doing tonight.

I actually find the Nintendo Wii to be roughly as stimulating as a piece of cardboard.
