Bert Blyleven Eats Worms, Is Quite Gross

I mentioned about a week ago that Bert Blyleven was going to eat nightcrawlers on television in the name of raising money to fight Parkinson’s. This was no joke, despite the nasty nature of such an enterprise. Well, he actually did eat the worms and the video is now live on the Interwebz. I recommend not watching this if you’re visiting us on your lunch break.

Some good points raised in that post. Most people are just too pre-occupied with their own lives to be thinking of helping others.

That is pretty gross-does this help his hall of fame aspirations? lol He really should be in, I did get a laugh at seeing this. Good for him being willing to do it for charity.

I think the thought of doing good as an initiative to raise funds is always good and are hard to come by these days. Most people are just too pre-occupied with their own lives to be thinking of helping others.
