Dakota Royer Ups Jumping-Out-Of-Pool Game
You may remember when video of third-round Bears draft pick Jarron Gilbert jumping out of a pool made its way around the Internet. (It’s over a million views and growing.)
People were impressed because a dude that was pretty large jumped out of a pool. This is not normal. But, Dakota Royer, a high school defensive end/linebacker prospect who has offers from Notre Dame, Michigan State, Penn State, Oregon, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nebraska and several other schools, might have just taken over as king of the pool jump. Gilbert’s was reportedly from a three-foot pool; Royer’s is from a four-foot pool:
This was uploaded to YouTube yesterday, so one can only hope Royer and his buddies decided to film this over Memorial Day weekend, put it up online, and have idiots like me blog about it.
If that’s the case, then mission accomplished, bros.
