Phil Jackson Will Not Tolerate Jonah Hill’s Endearing Lakers Fandom
TrueHoop’s Henry has this about right: From afar, people — maybe especially basketball coaches — tend to become caricatures of themselves. Oh, Phil’s the Zen Master. He’s unemotional. He doesn’t yell or scream like these other coaches. He’s reserved.
And then actor Jonah Hill picks a bad time to move back to his courtside seats, and he sees a side of Phil Jackson that not only makes for a very funny story, but proves that Phil isn’t some like cool automaton of Zenness. The man feels immoderate rage, too. Buddha would be so disappointed.
