Everybody’s Blogging For The Weekend: A Bear-Less Sunday
Since the start of the NFL season, my end-of-the-week scribing is usually a quick Bears preview, which tells you nothing of real importance about the game. (It’s usually just me complaining about the offensive line.) But this weekend, we have no Bears.
This is a good thing.
Instead of spending your Sunday afternoon lamenting how bad this Bears team has become of late, you can do something else. Maybe your closet needs cleaning. Maybe you need to rake some leaves. Maybe you need to give grandma a call. Sure, housework is no fun. But at least you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment afterwards, which is more than you can say about the Bears these days. (I suppose watching the rest of the Sunday slate is an option as well.)
What I recommend? Watch Dream Team highlights, like this one against Angola. It will make you feel better about yourself. Have a good weekend, kids.
