You know what? I’ve kinda got a feeling the Bears are going to win on Sunday night. Sort of like the Black Eyed Peas. Or the Beatles.

A few reasons:

• I really can’t imagine Jay Cutler throwing a bazillion picks again. No way it happens, right?
• The Eagles having a banged up secondary should help with that. One would hope.
• The Eagles are 5-4 and at a similar crossroads in their season. They don’t scare me as much as the Vikings do next week.
• They’re at home.
• The defense is coming off a good game against the 49ers.
• They’re due. Boy are they ever due. Johnny-Knox-housing-a-kick-return due.

But then I think about the offensive line going against an Eagles front that is eighth in the league against the run, and have Trent Cole and Juqua Parker, two dudes among the league leaders in sacks, and then I’m not so hopeful. It always comes back to that, doesn’t it?

Ah, whatever. Let’s just ride this one out this weekend, shall we?
