Oh, why, hello there. Yes, that’s right. I am Will Brinson. Blogger and occasional semi-serious journalist and interviewer of celebrity athletes like Dale Earnhardt Jr. But more importantly, for a few brief hours last week, I was able to hang out in Charlotte at Lowe’s Motor Speedway and take eight left turns at 200 miles per hour* while riding in the same car as the aforementioned Junior. And, thanks to the kind people at FanHouse (and the help of producer extraordinaire Randy Kim) it was captured on film.

And yes, thank you for asking, it was one of the top five most ridiculous experiences of my life. As I mentioned, perhaps not “life changing,”  but still — not something you get to do everyday. My only disappointment is that I didn’t lob out a “I just wanna race, daddy” after exiting the car. But that seemed kind of disrespectful at the time.
