We dispatched Chicago Bears fullback Jason McKie to training camp in Bourbonnais, IL with a Flip video camera. Besides getting fellow fullback Lousaka Polite freestylin’ and giving us a trip to the dorm room barbershop, he returned with the above clip of Tommie Harris dancing and singing as they cycle through some songs on an iPod.

I don’t know about you, but that first dance move there I’m totally practicing this week in order to add it to my repertoire for the weekend. You may be thinking to yourself it’s a bad and idea and girls won’t flock; I’m thinking at this point I have nothing to lose. (Except my dignity!)
