Joakim Noah is a bit of a polarizing figure on the basketball court, an idea that Jon Greenberg summed up quite well a few weeks back.

Around these parts, Eamonn’s praised his game. He may not have the most talent or the prettiest shot, but the dude tries hard. Incredibly hard. He gives you the intangibles. And when he goes all out, sometimes something like this happens, and it’s a thing of beauty. How can you not applaud that?

Anyway, now that the Bulls have been bounced from the playoffs, it seems Noah is taking some time off. Relaxing. Taking a mental break from the grind of the season. Oh, and hitting the beach in St. Bart’s with a ridiculously good-looking topless woman. Via TMZ:

Yet another reminder that being a professional athlete is a way sweeter gig than what you’re currently doing in your cubicle now. Sigh.
