As you have most certainly heard by now, Jodie Meeks went bonkers last night in a win at Tennessee, scoring a ridiculous 54 points. That is a Kentucky school record. Kentucky, you know, a school with an ungodly amount of basketball history and a whole host of good players to its name. Meeks hit 10-of-15 3-pointers and nailed all 14 of his free-throw attempts.

Hot damn: That is impressive. College basketball players just don’t score 54 points And get this: his effective field goal percentage was 90 percent last evening. (!!!)
