Bibbs Goes From Bench To Spotlight With Transfer
With Diamond Taylor’s transfer from St. Joes to Bollingbrook, there is now an opening for a prime time wing on Coach Gene Pingatore’s Chargers. Insert Brandon Bibbs. The 6′2 senior has flown under the radar for quite some time now, but after a stellar summer playing with Full Package he has been attracting the attention of a number of small colleges.
“I am the person who is filling in Diamonds spot,” stated Bibbs. “I am getting looks from Lake Forest(IL), Wartburg (IA), North Park(IL), Michigan Tech(D2) , St.Norbert(WI), St.Marys(MN), Millikin (IL), Carthage (WS) and some others. I think we will be better then last year with key players steppin in like Nate Rogers, Louis Green, Wayne Simon, Deandre McCamey, and Brandon Carr.”
