Last night, I caught up with recent North Florida commit Mike Black. Happy to get his decision out of the way before the season starts, Mike does not have to worry about the recruiting pressure and can focus totally on just playing the game. “I’ve just been lifting a lot and trying to get big before the season starts. Our whole team has really been in the weight room a lot,” claimed Mike. “I think we should be preseason top 25. If we aren’t, then it is my goal to end the season in the top 25,” Mike stated. If Mike continues the hard work that he displayed throughout the summer, top 25 should be one of many accolades that he receives this season.
