Though his death was a tragedy, high school senior Mike Brown, Jr. gave life to his heart transplant recipient Robert Roen. Roen shares his amazing story in an exclusive with MOUTHPIECESPORTS.

Knocking on death's door, Robert Roen was preparing to say goodbye to his wife and family after sever heart ailment left him helpless and waiting for a heart transplant. In a bittersweet turn of events, Roen received a heart from the man he now calls his hero: Mike Brown, Jr.

Dedicating his life's work to memorializing Brown's life and educating the masses on the importance of organ and tissue donation, Roen shares his incredibly touching story, in an effort to influence others to make the same selfless decision his young donor did.
